ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the JE Reliable Motion Inc. website and your purchase or use of courier and transportation services provided by JE Reliable Motion Inc.

By using this website, submitting a service request, placing a booking, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

JE Reliable Motion Inc. provides courier and transportation services that may include medical specimen transportation, pharmacy and medical supply deliveries, legal document and sensitive file delivery, STAT courier services, secure pickup and delivery verification, scheduled and recurring routes, local pickup and delivery logistics, and expedited same-day courier services.

Services are subject to availability, applicable transportation requirements, routing considerations, shipment characteristics, and the information provided by the customer.

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the service requested and the operational requirements associated with the delivery.

Factors may include the type of service, pickup and delivery locations, distance, timing, urgency, recurring route requirements, shipment characteristics, transportation requirements, and other applicable service requirements.

The applicable price will be communicated through the booking, service confirmation, estimate, invoice, or other written communication provided by JE Reliable Motion Inc.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, additional services, return transportation, redelivery, storage, waiting time, or other charges resulting from customer-related circumstances may be billed separately.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable invoice, booking confirmation, service agreement, or other written payment communication provided by JE Reliable Motion Inc.

Customers are responsible for paying all undisputed amounts when due.

JE Reliable Motion Inc. may require payment before service, payment upon booking, payment upon invoice, or other payment arrangements depending on the service and customer relationship.

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts not paid when due may be subject to reasonable late fees, collection costs, or other charges permitted by applicable law and disclosed in the applicable invoice or agreement.

JE Reliable Motion Inc. reserves the right to suspend or decline future services for accounts with unpaid balances.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, scheduling information, shipment descriptions, and other information necessary to perform the requested service.

Customers must ensure that shipments comply with applicable laws and JE Reliable Motion Inc. requirements.

Customers must not tender prohibited, unlawful, hazardous, or otherwise restricted goods unless JE Reliable Motion Inc. has expressly agreed in writing to transport them and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For standard courier deliveries, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours but before dispatch qualify for a 50 percent refund. Once a driver has been dispatched or the package has been picked up, the booking becomes non-refundable.

For same-day and express deliveries, cancellations made more than two hours before pickup qualify for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made within two hours of pickup or after dispatch are non-refundable.

For freight, transportation, and commercial loads, cancellations made 48 or more hours before pickup qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before pickup qualify for a 50 percent refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

These cancellation timelines reflect routing, equipment allocation, and delivery scheduling requirements.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are issued only when the applicable cancellation period has been satisfied, the shipment has not been picked up, loaded, or delivered, the customer provided accurate booking information, and no policy violation occurred.

Refunds are not issued when incorrect addresses or missing information cause a failed pickup, the customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup or delivery time, or the shipment violates a prohibited-goods policy.

Refunds are also not issued when a delivery delay results from circumstances outside JE Reliable Motion Inc.'s reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or road closures.

DELIVERY FAILURE AND RETURN HANDLING

If delivery cannot be completed because of customer-related circumstances, the shipment may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

The original delivery fee is non-refundable. Additional return, redelivery, or storage fees may apply.

DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS

JE Reliable Motion Inc. strives to provide timely and dependable transportation services. However, delays may occur because of traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, government restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.

If a delay is caused by an operational error, JE Reliable Motion Inc. may, at its discretion, provide a partial credit, fee adjustment, or priority redelivery.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

JE Reliable Motion Inc. relies on information provided by customers to perform transportation services. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking or service coordination is complete and accurate.

JE Reliable Motion Inc. is not responsible for additional costs or failed delivery attempts resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or missing customer information.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS

By opting into SMS communications through a web form or other approved medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from JE Reliable Motion Inc. related to customer care and your inquiry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. SMS consent will not be shared with third parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, branding, images, design elements, and other materials, is owned by JE Reliable Motion Inc. or its applicable licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No website content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The website and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

JE Reliable Motion Inc. does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current.

JE Reliable Motion Inc. strives to provide dependable services but does not guarantee delivery times where circumstances outside the company's reasonable control affect transportation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JE Reliable Motion Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JE Reliable Motion Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses.

This applies to claims arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the website or services, unlawful shipment activity, or inaccurate information supplied by you.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

JE Reliable Motion Inc. may use third-party technology, payment processors, communication providers, or other service providers to support its operations.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

JE Reliable Motion Inc. may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms and Conditions will become effective when posted to the website unless otherwise stated.
